Hey family,
I want to take a moment to reintroduce myself—unfiltered.

Hi, I’m Kanada.
For a long time, people have tried to simplify me. Just a mom. Just a gardener. Just a small business owner. And if I’m honest… I let them.
But that’s not what I do.
I am a builder of legacy. A community educator. A woman who turned survival into sustainability.
Through Soilful Sis and our landscaping company (Charlie Bravo Grounds), I create spaces where families learn how to grow their own food, reconnect with themselves, and take back control of their health and environment.
I don’t just plant gardens. I help people plant new ways of living.
And for a while, I softened that.
I made it easier to digest. Less deep. Less direct. Because talking about healing, generational cycles, food systems, and accountability can make people uncomfortable.
But that is the work.
I’m a mother, a wife, an entrepreneur—but I’m also someone who will tell you the truth:You can’t change your life without changing your habits. You can’t want better and still move the same.
I care deeply about my community and the families I serve. But I’m not here to keep anyone comfortable—I’m here to help you grow.
I’ve lived the other side. The lack. The confusion. The survival. And now I’m building something different—on purpose.
So who am I when I stop filtering?
I’m a cycle-breaker.A teacher.A woman creating environments where people can grow—literally and spiritually.
And I’m finally owning that.
If you’re here, it’s because something in you is ready to grow too.
Let’s do it together. 🌿
—Kanada
